Moravian Cemetery
Moravian Cemetery, founded in 1740, stands on 114-acres of rolling hills and meadows. It has 11 miles of roadways and 51 miles of winding pathways. Three bridges built between 1865 and 1895. Two fresh-water ponds. The cemetery has the largest display of azaleas and rhododendrons on Staten Island. Its fall foliage rivals the New England states.
